Some white water activities, including the one you are going to participate in, enable beginners or new comers to participate in magnificent and stunning sport or play activity courses in an untouched natural setting.

It is probably because of these characteristics and the blossoming out of the personality that it engenders that you have decided to practice this activity.
Nevertheless, if the natural setting that you are going to travel through has remained untouched, the risks that it may represent are still there (movement of water, submerged or emerged obstacles, etc.) Some can even reveal themselves during the activity (a change in the configuration of a crossing, an unknown obstacle…)
Our job as a boat rental and providers of instructors is to actively participate in the prevention of these risks and to:
>> Select the course that does not have known abnormal risks in accordance with your level of expertise, realising of course that one cannot possibly eliminate all risks.
>> Provide guides and professional instructors that will enable you to discover this area in the safest way possible.

For the supervised descents, you are asked to actively participate in your individual security as well as the group's security by:
  >> Following scrupulously the instructions of your guide that you must never precede except when expressly told to do so by him.
  >> Being able to swim at least 25 meters and being able to go underwater.
  >> Certifying that it is not ill advised because of your health to do some canoeing and kayaking.
