Two-Day Full Canoe Descent of the Ardèche Gorges with Bivouac
The full canoe descent of the Ardèche Gorges is ideally done over two days, allowing for total immersion in an exceptional natural environment.
This adventure includes one night in a bivouac camp, on one of the two authorized and equipped areas in the Gorges: Gaud or Gournier. These sites offer all necessary facilities, including toilets, showers, and shared barbecues, for a friendly break in the heart of nature.
⚠️ Bivouac night reservation is mandatory and must be made in advance through the Vallon-Pont-d'Arc Tourist Office.
This option is perfect for taking your time, admiring spectacular landscapes, observing the local wildlife and flora, and enjoying an authentic experience far from everyday stress.
Descent organization
Departures are flexible, according to your own pace, with a mandatory departure before 2:00 p.m. on the first day.
The arrival point is Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche – Sauze area, where our team will welcome you and organize your return with complete peace of mind.
